Our inaugural edition witnessed an extraordinary display of talent, with musicians ranging from the tender age of four to seasoned professionals, hailing from diverse corners of the globe – including Austria, Canada, China, Georgia, Greece, Japan, Latvia, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, The Netherland, United Arab Emirates, United States, and Yerevan.

We are thrilled to have the esteemed members of our grand jury for the inaugural 2024 US-Canadian International Music Competition. Among them are internationally renowned figures in the world of music, including conductor Maestro Warren Cohen, the musical director of the MusicaNova Orchestra in Scottsdale, Arizona, known for his multifaceted talents as a composer, conductor, and pianist. They are joined by the distinguished cellist Prof. Amelie Fradette, acclaimed for her contributions to the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra. Adding to the jury’s brilliance is Maestro Massimiliano Valenti, a concert artist hailing from Italy, recognized for his exceptional artistry and expertise. Lastly, we are honored to have Dr. Julie-Anne Derome, the esteemed founder of the Fibonacci Trio in Quebec, Montreal, bringing her wealth of knowledge and experience to our panel. Throughout the competition, they are impressed by the high level of performance and talent displayed by the finalists, who come from all over the world, representing 17 countries.
